Biography

I come from a hard working family of entrepreneurs who know the value of a dollar, and how important it is to take care of your customers, for life.  

I am originally from Alberta, where all of my family still lives.  Despite the Rockies being undeniably gorgeous, I packed up my 1973 VW bug when I was 17 and moved to Vancouver, sight unseen. I was determined to live by the ocean in a warmer climate, and work hard to enjoy a healthy, happy, life... and have a dog, so that is what I have done. 

I have always had several business from the time I was a kid.  Owning businesses is like breathing to me; essential to life.  My parents, step-Father, and Grandparents showed the value of hard work, dedication, integrity, and honesty.  

I have a perfectionist attention to detail and a love for logistics, but my true business passion is negotiations.  I love negotiating deals for my Buyers and Sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals, while protecting them legally and professionally.  

I aim to be your Realtor® throughout all of your real estate transactions. I will always work hard to earn and keep your business, while being the agent who you are proud to suggest to others.

Price tends to trump everything in today's market. It is crucial to have a strong online presence with great photos, a virtual tour, and a floor plan so that potential Buyers can more easily see themselves living in the space.

It is important to get as many people to view the property as possible. The more people who see themselves living in your home, the faster it will sell and for the most money.
