I come from a hard working family of entrepreneurs who know the value of a dollar, and how important it is to take care of your customers, for life.  


I am originally from Alberta, where all of my family still lives.  Despite the Rockies being undeniably gorgeous, I packed up my 1973 VW bug when I was 17 and moved to Vancouver, sight unseen. I was determined to live by the ocean in a warmer climate, and work hard to enjoy a healthy, happy, life... and have a dog, so that is what I have done. 


I have always had several business from the time I was a kid.  Owning businesses is like breathing to me; essential to life.  My parents, step-Father, and Grandparents showed the value of hard work, dedication, integrity, and honesty.  


I have a perfectionist attention to detail and a love for logistics, but my true business passion is negotiations.  I love negotiating deals for my Buyers and Sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals, while protecting them legally and professionally.
